This Privacy Policy describes how Toggl Billing Automation (“the App”), operated by Guardian Tech Force, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with its integration with QuickBooks Online and Toggl Track.

1. Information We Access

The App accesses the following data solely to generate invoices on behalf of the authorized user:

  • Toggl Track time entries, projects, and client data
  • QuickBooks Online customer records, invoice data, and account information

2. How We Use Your Information

All data accessed through Toggl and QuickBooks Online is used exclusively to automate the creation of draft invoices for review by the authorized user. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.

3. Data Storage

The App stores only authentication tokens locally on the authorized user’s device. No personal or financial data is stored on external servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

  • Toggl Track – subject to Toggl’s Privacy Policy at toggl.com
  • QuickBooks Online – subject to Intuit’s Privacy Policy at intuit.com

5. Security

All API communications are conducted over HTTPS. OAuth 2.0 is used for authentication with both Toggl and QuickBooks Online. No credentials are stored in plain text beyond what is necessary for local operation.
