End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Guardian Tech Force governing your use of the Toggl Billing Automation application (“the App”).
1. License Grant
Guardian Tech Force grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your own internal business purposes — specifically, automating the generation of invoices from Toggl Track time entries into QuickBooks Online.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
3. Third-Party Integrations
The App connects to Toggl Track and QuickBooks Online via their respective APIs. Use of those services is governed by their own terms of service. Guardian Tech Force is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect App functionality.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Guardian Tech Force makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Guardian Tech Force shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
